Autumn Calabrese, born on September 23, 1980 in Cleveland Ohio in the United States of America. Libra is the symbol that she was born under. She graduated from her hometown by attending a secondary school. She also finished her primary education. In 2001, Autumn received her diploma at Webstar University. Then, she began working with local customers in her community as a fitness instructor. Her name has been a part the top fitness instructors in America. She's on the list of one of the best fitness instructors throughout the United States. Autumn was aspiring to be an elite dancer. Her dream changed when she sustained an injury to her back that was severe. She turned her attention towards fitness and health. Over the course of her career that was long and very successful she created a program known as the The 21 Day Fix. It is extremely well-known among fitness fans. She is also known for her HIT workouts, 21-Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme. Also, her cookbook FIXATE has earned her international fame.
